Hygienic Pigeon Clean

Pigeon droppings are a hazard to human health (see Pigeon information page) and should be removed and cleaned with care. 

  • Our hygienic pigeon clean aims to remove and dispose of accessible droppings safely for both the technicians and customer. After removal of the droppings is accomplished a clean of the affected site is performed. This involves a scrub and wash down of the affected area, as well as a sanitisation clean using hospital grade disinfectant. 

  • Depending on how long the droppings have been left, discolouration of the affected surface is always an issue and may not be removed. This is due to the corrosive nature of the droppings etching into the surface. Every effort is made to remove as much discolouration as possible without causing damage to the affected surface.

    Please be aware, droppings are removed from safely accessible areas only. If a structure is unstable or unreachable we will remove as much as is safely possible. This will be discussed upon the initial visit for site assessment.

    The price includes removal and disposal of the droppings from the affected site.

Gutter Clean

A yearly must for some premises as nearby trees can drop copious leaf litter throughout the year, blocking your gutters, rain heads and downpipes.

  • When booked for a gutter clean, we will remove all the debris from your gutters and rainheads. We will also make sure that your downpipes flow freely to ensure you don’t have internal flooding of the premises.

  • If rain heads and downpipes become fully blocked, it can lead to flooding inside your eaves and down the inside of your walls causing extensive damage to the affected area of the premises, which may result in pricey repairs. 

Brushguard Clean

Brushguard requires cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain its efficacy

  • Our technician will turn all the Brushguard, making sure that it wears evenly with time, as well as removing any moss that may be growing underneath and removing any residual leaf litter and debris in the roof lines. 

Gutter Guard Clean

This is a great option for people wanting a low maintenance option. Even though many may think it’s a set and forget product, it does still need some maintenance over time, as dirt, sludge and moss can build up over the years and will need removal.

  • We recommend to book in a clean every 2 years.
